little help needed from the ladies of the site (or guys)

i'm a girl and when im hitting my g-spot, i cant do it for long because it KILLS my hand!
i cant get toys for it,
i cant get like a hairbrush cause it doesnt bend to where i need it
and i cant get anyone else to do it! so what should i do? I love the feeling, but i can't experience it for more than 5 seconds at a time cause it absolutely kills my hand.
